Description

Sumatra is Indonesia’s westernmost island.  The coffee is named after the Mandailing people who live in northern Sumatra.  The area is known for its unique microclimates, fauna.  A process called wet-hulling is used in this region due to the high humidity year-round. This wet-hulling process helps give coffee from Sumatra its unique, earthy and bold taste.
