Texas. His journey into coffee began with a curiosity about roasting and flavor development,
which quickly evolved into a deep passion for specialty coffee.
Through years of hands-on experience and experimentation, Andrew developed a roasting approach
focused on balance, consistency, and freshness. He works closely with trusted coffee suppliers
to source high-quality green coffee beans and roasts them in small batches to bring out each
coffee’s unique characteristics.
At Armadillo Coffee Roasters, his goal is simple: to create approachable, flavorful coffee that
works equally well for home brewers and professional cafés. His roasting style emphasizes
clarity, sweetness, and a well-balanced cup.
