Description
Made to sit right under the Origami dripper, this server is Japanese porcelain finished in the same matte glaze as the drippers, so the whole setup matches on the counter. The base is wide and the body narrows toward the top, which keeps more of the coffee’s aroma in the pot until you pour. Porcelain also holds heat better than glass, so the second cup stays warm.
The spout is shaped to cut off cleanly, so you don’t get a drip running down the side after pouring. The wide mouth makes it easy to rinse out, and it isn’t just for Origami – most pour-over drippers and an AeroPress sit on top of it just fine.
It holds about 13.5 oz, a good size for brewing through the Origami M and splitting it two ways. This one is finished in a soft matte grey that goes with just about any dripper color.
