Honey Processed Gesha

Description

Our favorite gesha from the El Vergel Estate in Fresno, Tolima, Colombia.  This single-origin coffee is a light roast and hits all the notes we’re looking for – floral, bright, with a hint of caramel.  It’s a small seasonal lot and a limited time offering.

We love this as espresso, pourover, and drip.  Try it out and love some of this light roast.
