We're Mary and Andy, the duo behind Armadillo Coffee Roasters—a women-owned, family-operated roastery dedicated to bringing you fresh, carefully roasted coffee right here in your community.
We officially started the roasting business in 2024, but our love for coffee goes way back. For years, we’ve been perfecting our craft, sharing small batches with family and friends. What started as a passion turned into something more—an opportunity to slow down, step away from the fast-paced tech world, and create something meaningful.
