We’re a family-owned roastery, and we care about every bag that leaves our space. If something’s off, we’ll make it right.
Roasting & Shipping Timing
We usually ship all coffee within less than 3 business days. We ship via UPS and USPS with standard shipping times through them. Generally we’ve found they’re 2-5 days in transit but this depends on how far you are from our Austin roastery.
Local Delivery (Austin area)hand delivery! Local delivery is porch drop-off only and timing depends on our route and schedule but we generally get your coffee to you in less than 3 business days.Weather can of course impact our delivery abilities!
Coffee is Perishable
Once coffee ships or is dropped off, we can’t accept returns.
But if your order arrives damaged, incorrect, or not up to our standards, email us within 7 days and we’ll fix it with a replacement or refund.
Merch & Gear
Unused merch or brewing gear can be returned within 30 days, in original condition and packaging.Return shipping is on you unless we made the mistake.
SubscriptionsYou’re in control. Pause, skip, swap, or cancel anytime before your next billing date.Orders already shipped can’t be refunded.
